Tracking Information
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that for some orders with free shipping, tracking information may not be available immediately.
If Your Tracking Says “No Information Available”
Sometimes it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us at [email protected].
Lost or Missing Packages
We understand that packages can sometimes go missing. If an incorrect address was provided during the checkout process, we are not liable for lost or missing packages.
